All international orders are shipped from the UK.
Can I return my order?
Should you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, please see our returns information for online orders placed for delivery to the shipping destinations below:
- All original packaging
- Copy of your original order confirmation
- Your original shipping note
- A cover letter with your contact details and order number

Please note, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods with your local carrier. Cost may vary depending on your local carrier and country which you are returning from.
We recommend that you obtain and keep your proof of postage when posting your return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for products lost, undelivered or damaged in the post.
How will I be refunded?
Our e-commerce partner, ESW, will provide you with a refund for your return, of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Can I order samples?
Please note, we do not currently offer samples or fragrance profiling for our international shipping destinations. As an alternative for those with a keen and curious nose, we can highly recommend our range of Scent Libraries and Discovery Sets.
Are there any restrictions on purchase quantity?
Please note, if you are ordering to China, you may order up to three items from the same product category OR up to three items of varying product categories with a limit of 1000CNY, due to restrictions in China. We apologise for any inconvenience.
