Where to shop Black Friday?
You can shop our cornucopia of offers in our UK stand alone boutiques and online, via our UK, EU and US websites. Please note that our online exclusive promotions will not be available in stores and promotions are subject to stock availability and location. This information and more can be found under section 18 of our terms and conditions

To avoid disappointment, please ensure you check the terms for any desired promotional offer before checking out. Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed. Please ensure that the promotional code has successfully applied and you can see your promotion gift in your order review before you confirm and pay for the products.

How many promotional codes can I use?
Only one promotion or promotional code can be used per order. This includes sale items and the purchase of promotional giftsets.

Will my Black Friday treat be gift wrapped?
Promotional gifts and treats are not eligible for complimentary gift wrap. However, you can purchase a gift box, via the gift wrap option at checkout.

Please ensure your desired gifting option shows on your order review before finialising your order to avoid any disappointment.

Festive Season delivery
We endeavour to deliver your wonderful purchases as swiftly as possible. With all the merry making of the festive season, we may take a while longer to deliver your parcel.

Orders are shipped between Monday and Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. Please bare these exclusions in mind when placing your order, especially if it is time sensitive or intended for a gift.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, we recommend placing your order by:

UK:
Standard delivery - Tuesday 19th GMT (order by 12pm midday)
Express delivery - Wed 20th GMT (order by 12pm midday)

US:
Standard: 19^th December EST (order by 12pm midday)
Express: 20^th December EST (order by 12pm midday)
(Please note, orders to Puerto Rico are only eligible for Standard delivery)

EU:
Standard delivery – Friday 16^th December (order by 12pm midday CET)

Can I return my Black Friday order?
All orders can be returned within 30 days. Please note any free treats and gifts you received through any promotion, must be returned in order for us to be able to issue a refund.
