You can make a return at anytime within the 30 day period from the date you placed your order with us (If you are a member of the Olfactive Society, this is extended to 90 days).
Please note:
- Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on the order email confirmation
- Refunds can only be credited to the original method of payment
- Online returns within the UK and US are free. If you’re returning something from elsewhere, you’ll need to pay postage
- We will only accept returns of the products complete with the accompanying gift with purchase
- Bulk, automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted
- We recommend to obtain and keep your proof of postage until your return is finalised
Please use the returns method provided by us. We are not liable for lost returns if an alternative returns method, not provided by us is used.
If you purchased an item using a discount, promotion, or coupon code, any refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.
Refunds will not include the value of the discount or promotion.
If your return does not comply with the above guidance and our terms and conditions, Penhaligon's will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
